Showcasing a very desirable 1957 Chrysler 300C that has been correctly restored and was originally born black on black. It sports the original matching numbers 392 HEMI V8 and TorqueFlite automatic 3-speed transmission. This car is considered to be America's first true high performance muscle car. A stock 300C hardtop ran 145mph at Daytona Beach in 1957. This revolutionary HEMI engine changed drag racing forever. This is one of 1,918 built which makes it very rare and collectable. This car was purchased from a private collection in Colorado a few years ago. It has recently been refreshed with many correct items throughout. The car looks spectacular in its original color black exterior.

This is a very desirable color combination. The interior is a combination of rich and sporty. It has such features as power windows and a Town & Country radio. The nicely detailed engine compartment is home to the original matching numbers 392cid OHV HEMI with dual 4 barrel carburetors. This engine was rated at 375hp. It is equipped with power steering and power assisted 4-wheel brakes. The independent front suspension makes for great handling. This is a very special car that was an important piece of American automotive history. This car has been serviced, detailed and is ready to go.
