The walls of Daytona and Talladega have echoed with the sound of power for more than 50 years now, and it was cars like this one that made the heroes of NASCAR. Few teams are more heralded than the Earnhardts, and this is Chassis No. 102, campaigned by DEI Racing wearing the famous No. 8 Budweiser Impala body. Driven by Dale Earnhardt Jr., this NASCAR machine is powered by a 358/850 HP V-8 circle track engine, compete with a carbon-fiber cowl air box, single-plane intake and signature Earnhardt valve covers. This is backed by a 4-speed manual transmission and retains racing-oriented technology throughout.
The car is painted in red with graphics and Earnhardt’s above-door driver’s name, and the black and gray interior includes the Butler-built professional seat system, a full roll cage with Sabelt safety harnesses, an onboard fire suppression system and a 10,000 RPM tachometer. The aero-trim beyond the Chevrolet body includes a front air dam and rear spoiler, while this race model rides on black wheels and Goodyear Eagle yellow-letter racing tires.
