The 1969 Chevrolet Impala SS on offer is freshly restored with fewer than 100 miles driven since completion. Always well-maintained, the Impala comes with the original dealer bill of sale, order form and Protect-O-Plate. The correct 427-cid V-8 engine was balanced when rebuilt and has the original four-barrel carburetor; a different cam adds extra horsepower. The Turbo 400 transmission shifts smoothly and the car has a non-positraction 12-bolt rear end. The car has power steering and brakes, Rally wheels, radio and factory-tinted glass. The car is finished in Azure Turquoise and nicely detailed. The underbody has been cleaned and freshened in black. Chevrolet produced a total of 2,455 SS 427 Impalas in 1969; this figure encapsulates convertibles, Sport Coupes and Custom Coupes.
