By 1999, John Lingenfelter was well established as a high performance Chevrolet guru and his racing rrecord backed it up. When he began offering super tuned versions of Chevrolets finest, they were not mere decal packages like some special edition cars. Lingenfelter vehicles were (and are) actually modified in the legendary shops of the firm where all the best attributes of a car are maximized. In the case of an already awe inspiring car like the Corvette, the results are nothing short of thrilling.
