This 1982 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz is powered by a 4.1-liter V8 engine mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission. The air conditioning pump was recently replaced. The passenger side overhead rocker cover is leaking oil. After drying out, after being in storage from October 2023 until now, the storage company delivering the car to the auction advises it probably needs a new cork gasket and a half-hour to take off the rocker cover and replace the gasket. Seller agrees to pay for this small job to be done by the new owner, and to arrange billing to replace both cover cork gaskets on the engine.
