This 1975 Coupe DeVille is presented in Roxena Red with a white vinyl rear quarter roof. Powered by the 500 CI V-8 engine and a 3-speed Turbo Hydra-Matic transmission, the Cadillac treats occupants with power steering, power brakes with front discs, power windows, a front bench seat with a center fold-down armrest, cruise control, a pushbutton AM/FM radio, leather upholstery and swaths of woodgrain trim all around. Cadillac introduced the fourth generation of the Coupe DeVille with the 1971 model year, ushering in a seemingly longer, lower and wider version of the already impossibly long, low and wide car. With a multitude of changes through the years, the fourth generation spanned production through the 1976 model year, with 1977 bringing about a considerably smaller Coupe DeVille, keeping up with General Motors’ overall program to build more efficient cars. Interestingly, while the all-new 1977s were nothing short of spectacular in many regards, the size change made the fourth-generation Coupe DeVilles instant classics.
