Fiat is bringing back a gasoline-powered 500 with a 70-hp mild-hybrid engine and six-speed manual, starting at €17,000 in Italy — far cheaper than the 500e. Production begins in late 2025 at the Mirafiori plant as Fiat responds to weak EV demand and growing interest in affordable hybrids. Will buyers choose the hybrid over the electric 500e?
