DEIZ GARAGE carried out detailed chassis and brake system maintenance on this Mercedes-AMG G63, addressing components subjected to high mechanical loads due to the vehicle’s weight and performance capabilities.
The front wheel hub bearings were replaced to restore smooth rotation, correct alignment, and structural integrity. Bearing wear can introduce subtle instability that escalates over time if left untreated, particularly in vehicles with large wheels and aggressive suspension geometry.
A full measurement of brake discs and pads was performed across all axles to assess wear levels and braking efficiency. Accurate measurement allows informed service decisions and ensures consistent braking performance under varying driving conditions. The brake pad wear sensor was replaced to restore precise system feedback and monitoring accuracy.
Projects of this caliber are unforgiving. A single misstep during the handling of large, expensive PPF panels can necessitate scrapping the material and starting anew. We accept this level of risk because our goal is absolute quality, not operational speed. The process, from careful disassembly to final reassembly and inspection, was allocated a deliberate 4 to 6 days.
