Ford Motor Company is working on a $30,000 electric pickup expected in 2027, focusing on extreme efficiency and cost cuts. Engineers reduced parts using aluminum unicasting, trimmed the wiring harness by about 4,000 feet, and improved aerodynamics by 15%. Smaller mirrors even add extra range.
