Fastest Porsche 911 Turbo S (992) in the GCC

DEIZ GARAGE, in collaboration with Morendi, has completed a landmark high-performance tuning project based on the Porsche 911 Turbo S (992), achieving what is currently regarded as the fastest recorded result for this platform in the GCC region.

Acceleration data recorded during the same session further underlined the car’s performance potential:

• 0–100 km/h: 2.23 seconds
• 100–200 km/h: 4.42 seconds

These figures confirm not only exceptional straight-line speed, but also consistent and repeatable performance under real-world track conditions in the UAE.

The project began with a completely stock Porsche 911 Turbo S (992), originally rated at 650 hp and 800 Nm of torque. Through a comprehensive and carefully engineered upgrade path, the vehicle was transformed into a Stage 3 configuration, delivering approximately 850 hp and 1000 Nm of torque.

Rather than focusing on peak numbers alone, the build was developed with stability, control, and reliability as core priorities. Essential factors for high-output performance cars operating in the GCC climate.

To support the increased power output, the car got an extensive range of performance hardware upgrades, including:

• A revised high-flow exhaust system
• Upgraded turbochargers optimized for sustained boost
• A high-performance intake system
• New exhaust manifolds designed to improve flow efficiency

Additional enhancements included a water-methanol injection system and a comprehensive cooling upgrade featuring larger intercoolers, ensuring thermal stability during repeated high-load runs. For maximum traction during drag racing, Mickey Thompson drag tires were installed on the rear axle.

Engine management and ECU tuning were carried out by Morendi, with calibration specifically developed for the final Stage 3 setup. All parameters were validated on Morendi’s in-house dynamometer to ensure stable, predictable, and repeatable performance.

This dyno-based development process allowed the vehicle to deliver its full performance potential while maintaining drivetrain integrity and operational consistency.

In addition to its drag racing achievements, the Porsche 911 Turbo S (992) demonstrated strong circuit capability. During testing at Dubai Autodrome (Grand Prix Circuit), the car recorded a lap time of 2:13.30, highlighting its ability to maintain balance, control, and performance under circuit driving conditions.

This result reinforces the engineering depth of the project, proving that the build delivers more than raw acceleration. It performs across multiple driving disciplines.

According to DEIZ Garage, the 9.44-second quarter-mile time represents the fastest known performance recorded by a Porsche 911 (992) in the GCC region to date.
