$57,200 USD | Sold

This custom 1941 Willys Americar underwent a professional no-expense-spared frame-off restoration. The finish was done using a custom-mixed Camel-colored blend that has been sprayed and polished to a wet gloss. Lifting the electronically actuated one-piece tilt hood reveals this Willys is powered by a 572ci Chevrolet big-block 8-cylinder engine with a 4-barrel Holley carburetor sending spent gasses through Sanderson headers and custom exhaust with electric cutouts. The engine setup is backed by a 4L80E 4-speed automatic transmission turning a Ford 9-inch rear end held in place with a custom-fabricated 4-link suspension.

It has a Mustang II front end, rack & pinion steering, fully adjustable coilovers and 4-wheel disc brakes. This Willys rides on Raceline Commotion wheels, 22-inch in the rear and 18-inch up front. The engine and wheels have been painted in matching Vortex Bronze Cerakote. Behind flush-mount glass the custom interior incorporates air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, keyless entry, power windows and a Pioneer sound system.
