Sharing the Volkswagen Group A5 platform, it debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show in October 2003 and went on sale in Europe one month later. The GTi comes with Volkswagen’s four-cylinder 2.0 litre Turbo engine (FSI) which gives it 197bhp. Transmissions include a six-speed manual or six-speed DSG.

This lovely example, imported from Japan, is presented in white with a GTi Tartan grey cloth interior and comes with electric windows, remote control central locking, climate control, Xenon headlights and the desirable DSG automatic gearbox. This great hot hatch is in excellent condition throughout and comes with a V5C registration document, mileage guarantee certificate and is ULEZ compliant.

Interested parties should note that the vendor has misplaced the V5 registration document but has a copy so it can be registered by a private buyer however Trade buyers need to be aware of this.
