This 1977 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 pickup has undergone a complete frame-off, nut-and-bolt restoration in partnership with the Casabaca Toyota dealership of Ecuador. Everything on this truck was restored or replaced. It is powered by its original, fully restored 2F 4.2-liter inline 6-cylinder engine mated to its original 4-speed manual transmission with a hydraulic clutch attached to a rebuilt transfer case. It features a factory-replica stainless-steel exhaust system, a rugged polyethylene 12.5-gallon gasoline tank from Cruiser Corps, with same look and style as the OEM tank, a new OEM radiator, new OEM Asian carburetor, Bosch 12-volt battery and a Remy starter.

The drivetrain has been rebuilt and the undercarriage features powder-coated original OEM replica splash guard covers that protect the engine, flywheel housing, transmission, taillights and fuel tank. This vehicle sits on an Old Man Emu suspension, with power steering, a factory OEM gearbox rated at 100 psi, and a new OEM pump pulley and reservoir. It features front disc and rear drum brakes and a powder-coated fame and chassis. This Land Cruiser is finished in Toyota-original Rustic Green with all Sikkens paint products.

The interior features new OEM-design Terracotta leather upholstery, a Vintage Air system, a custom-made floor covering, Continental Bluetooth stereo, Bose amplifier, 10-inch Panasonic subwoofer, two Kenwood door speakers and two MMATS in custom speaker boxes. It includes original and custom interior lighting, a new OEM replica instrument cluster, gauges, seat belts and the original restored steering wheel. Other features include a glove box auxiliary lamp, Painless Wiring harness, PIAA horns, Koito halogen headlights, Cool Cruisers rear mirrors and under-hood on/off switch that illuminates the engine compartment with LED lights.

The OEM-style Bottle Jack car lifter and tools are all located behind the driver's seat. This vehicle rides on new OEM Toyota original steel wheels and hubcaps with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. It has been driven 1,435 kilometers (891 miles) since completion. From the DeSol Classics Collection.
