From the Collection of Monsieur C. French registration document. Chassis no. SCAZD02A8JCX23510 — Second owner — Only 38,400 miles on the odometer — Extensive recent work — Elegant four-seat convertible

With only 38,400 miles on the odometer, equivalent to 62,000 km, the beautiful Corniche we are presenting has had only two owners from new. Its current French owner, who was living in the United States at the time, acquired the car at an auction in Santa Monica in June 2017. Presented as a one-owner car with a Carfax report showing no major defects, he was immediately captivated by the quality of this iconic model.

The accompanying file is quite comprehensive and includes, in particular, the original order form and a copy of the service logbook. We learn that it was purchased new by a woman from the Rolls-Royce dealership in Lauderdale, near Miami, in the year she turned 60. Returning to Europe in 2018, the car passed through Switzerland and was entrusted to Schmohl, the Rolls-Royce dealer in Zurich. They then carried out a complete mechanical inspection, removing the engine and refurbishing all the worn components.

The cost of the work exceeded €40,000, with details available in the invoices and photos, and the car has covered only 1,500 miles since then. Its black paintwork is very elegant, and its superb tan interior is a genuine invitation to travel. With such a history, this Corniche is particularly well preserved, and the car's overall presentation is entirely satisfactory. However, there is a small blemish in the varnish on the center console and a tear in the driver's seat cushion. During the test drive, we were able to appreciate the comfort and incomparable smoothness of a journey in a Rolls-Royce.

With such a pedigree, our example is a genuine opportunity to acquire this legendary model from the most prestigious and luxurious of car marques. French title. Chassis no.
