Finished in metallic gray over black leather interior, this Boxster S is powered by a water-cooled, 3.2-liter 6-cylinder mid-engine with 250hp and 4-valves per cylinder. Mated to a 6-speed manual transmission with a hydraulic clutch, the engine also features variable camshaft control, knock sensor and double-inertia flywheel. It also has power steering, front and rear stabilizer bars, speed-activated rear spoiler and digital motor electronics with E-gas on-board diagnosis system. Stopping is provided with 4-piston monobloc brake system front and rear and anti-lock ABS-5 brakes.

Other features include dual 3-way catalytic converter, fog lights, power-operated top and windows, AM/FM stereo with CD changer, front and rear luggage compartments, power operated top and windows, automatic climate control with air conditioning, windshield antenna, front seats with power backrest, immobilizer anti-theft system and power heated side mirrors.
