This 1988 Pontiac Fiero GT comes from the final year of production with 56,381 miles. The Fiero was the first mass-produced mid-engine sports car by an American manufacturer. It was produced using a unique construction technique that included its patented 'Enduraflex' body panels. This 1988 GT version is the is powered by the mid-mounted 2.8-liter V6 mated to the Getrag-designed Muncie 5-speed manual transmission. This is the only year the original GM-designed, Lotus-inspired and Porsche-tuned coilover suspension was used.

Finished in bright red over a tan interior, this GT features include a pop-up sunroof with storage case, original gold cross-spoke wheels, quad exhaust tips, power windows and R134a converted air conditioning. The service maintenance logbook details a 25-year service history. This Fiero GT is in pristine original condition. It was stored during the winter and garage-kept. The CARFAX report shows no accidents or damages. The sale will include the mileage and service logbook, owner's manual, service manual and the original sunroof storage case.
