French title Chassis n ° WDB1290671F149598 - Superb colour combination - Equipped with a rare panoramic hard-top - European version - No reserve As confirmed by its data sheet, this 500 SL roadster was delivered on January 24, 1997, before being registered the following March 13th.

The body retains a rare and elegant emerald-black metallic hue, combined with a black leather interior with matching soft top. It comes with a rare panoramic hard-top (which will be supplied with its support), particularly sought-after equipment. The car also has optional electric seats, a CD-player and a splash net. Its current owner acquired it in Belgium in June 2015 when the car had 140,000 km on the odometer, and has since driven a little over 18,000 km. The electric soft top is in good working order and the canvas was redone in 2012. The last service with engine oil change and level control was carried out in August 2021.

The alloy rims are shod with lightly worn 2016 Bridgestone tyres. Invoices for work carried out since 2015 are in the folder, along with the manuals, with the exception of the service manual. An extra set of keys complete these elements. The 500 SL is an excellent compromise between comfort and performance, and this example also gives the choice between an open body and a coupe made that much more elegant thanks to the finesse of the uprights of its hard-top and the brightness thanks to the glass roof, promising the best of both worlds.
