This 2017 Maserati Quattroporte SQ4 all-wheel-drive GranLusso long-wheelbase sedan has a first-year body change. Power is sent to all four wheels by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine producing 410hp with a 0-60 mph time of 4.8 seconds, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
