Lincoln introduced the Premier in 1956. The car took design inspiration from the Mercury XM-800 as well as the Lincoln Futura. Ford’s push towards additional safety features carrier through to the Premier line as well with various power options.

This 1956 Lincoln Premier Four-Door sedan appears to be presented in the 1956 Lincoln color of Amethyst. The car sits on whitewall tires with Lincoln Premiere logo wheel covers. The car is powered by a Lincoln V-8 engine paired to an automatic transmission. The interior is two-tone pink leather with gray cloth accents. The interior features power seat, seatbelts, Town and Country radio and a rear speaker. Keeping occupants warm in the cooler months is the Lincoln Dual-Control Heater which controls the underseat heater as well as the front compartment heater. Driver aides include fog lights, dual sideview mirrors, as well as power steering and brakes.

This car also features Lincoln’s "Push-Button Lubrication" system which allows owners to properly lubricate front end suspension and steering components.
