This Mark V hardtop coupe has a 400-cid, 150-hp V-8 engine and an automatic transmission. The Continental has electrically adjustable leather seats, air conditioning, power windows, inside adjusting side view mirrors, walnut applique on various interior features, AM/FM radio with retractable antenna and lighting convenience groups. A two-barrel carburetor and 8.0 to 1 compression ratio enables the Lincoln’s usage of nearly any kind of gasoline available. Engine quietness is assured with hydraulic lifters. The Mark V is a large, heavy (4589 pounds shipping weight) rear drive car with plenty of legroom and the power to carry its passengers in comfort as well as style.
