An older but presentable restoration, this 1955 Lincoln Capri convertible (one of 1,487 manufactured) features the 341-cid V-8 engine with four-barrel carburetor rated at 225-hp with a Turbo-Drive automatic transmission. Power equipment includes steering, brakes, top and windows. Additional features and equipment include fender skirts, full-floor carpet, radio, clock, cloth and leather upholstery, rear seat center armrest, chrome window and windshield surrounds. The Capri also has specific full length stainless steel molding, full wheel covers and rocker panel moldings. In April of 1955, Lincoln was separated from Mercury to become a separate division of Ford Motor Co. with the Capri the top of that line.
