Designed and engineered for off-road use, this 2024 Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato is one of just 1,499 produced and shows just 35 miles on the odometer. Compared to the Lamborghini Huracan EVO, the Sterrato has an additional 1.7 inches of ground clearance, a wider wheel track, softer springs and a host of specialized off-road equipment such as underbody protective gear, a roof-mounted snorkel, a luggage rack, rally-inspired light pods, an extensive amount of body cladding and Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain A/T002 tires. The gray finish is subtle and matches the gray and black interior, which features Alcantara upholstery throughout.
The 5.2L/602 HP V-10 engine is fitted with an automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system to provide exceptional power and road holding. The chassis features electronically controlled dampers and carbon ceramic brakes with orange calipers that play off the orange accents that highlight the black and gray interior. The Sterrato harkens back to the time of the Lamborghini LM002, an off-road vehicle that bore a resemblance to the Hummer H1. A vehicle tasked to go virtually anywhere off-road, it could also achieve speeds in excess of 150 MPH on the pavement.
Unlike the LM002, however, the Sterrato adds to its supercar design and image, largely disrupting the norm with a unique flavor never before tasted in the market—an off-road supercar. Lamborghini sought to not only blend the concept of supercar and off-roader but absolutely build upon the already spirited and fun personality the Huracan possessed, creating a unique, multilayered vehicle that was as comfortable running through the snow and along desert trails as it was stripping a ribbon of asphalt. As such, a Sterrato could be a spectacular contender in La Carrera Panamericana.
