This is a no-expense-spared, one-of-a-kind, on- and off-road vehicle. The frame and suspension have been reinforced using Mountain Off-Road Enterprise parts. M.O.R.E. parts installed include the frame plate, shackle reverse system, disconnect sway bars, long-travel shock cage, bulletproof motor mounts and power steering brace with rack & pinion. The entire frame and all chassis parts were then powder-coated. The powder-coated skid plate was dropped with 1' M.O.R.E. stainless-steel body spacers. A Rubicon Express 4' lift kit raises the vehicle with new leaf springs and polyurethane bushings all around. The transmission is a new T-18 with granny low-compound gear at 6.32:1.

The transfer case was overhauled with a Tera low kit converting stock gears from 2.03:1 to 3.15:1 for improved rock-crawling performance. Also installed is a Novak twin-shift kit with custom knobs. The twin stick levers were installed and then powder-coated. This allows the Jeep to adjust the transfer of power to front, rear or all. New Superior 4.1 axle and extreme low gearing in the transfer case makes the crawl ratio a remarkable 81.6:1. The front Dana 30 and rear Model 20 axles were rebuilt and included OX lockers front and rear. These manually-actuated lockers run to billet levers custom-mounted in the powder-coated, 20mm ammo can, locking armrest.

The rear axles are new alloy USA one-piece axles. New American Racing wheels and Firestone 33' tires with full size spare are included. A new 4-wheel disc brake system from SSBC with billet reservoir and a custom power-steering pump bracket was fabricated and installed with billet pulleys. SS 4.0 Borla headers with custom side exhaust were also installed. The fuel system is a new Mopar Performance 4.0 fuel-injection kit on top of a freshly machined 4.0 with new Harlan Sharp roller rockers and Smith Brothers push rods. The rockers are covered with new aluminum head covers and a high-performance alternator and starter.

Other upgrades include a Flow Cooler water pump, Be Cool aluminum radiator and reservoir, new tilt column on OEM Jeep steering wheel, new Centech full wiring harness, HID headlights, LED rear taillights, WWII Jerry cans, high-lift jack, full-body dress-up kit including billet hood tie downs, gas door cover, stick shift, pedal brackets, fender flares and even the hinges. New Bestop, heated seats on top of new sliding brackets and rear matching Bestop bench sitting on a locking Tuffy storage compartment. The Shell Valley body was mounted with a stainless body kit. The hood and dash are made from Kevlar with a red gel coat inside the substrate so there will be no paint scratches when off-road.
