As per the GM of Canada Build Sheet, this is one of 76 produced for Canada. It was special ordered for Hiram Walker Distillery (Makers of Canadian Club Rye Whiskey) in Winfield, B.C. It only has 39,559 original miles (title reads exempt). After being decommissioned, it sat at their location until it was purchased in 2001. Due to its unmolested condition, little work was needed to maintain its original look. It was repainted and the Hiram Walker logo was put back on the doors. Documentation includes, GM of Canada Build Sheet, Protect-O-Plate, service manual, and all registrations in Hiram Walker's name.

It also has many pictures and a Letter of Authorization from Hiram Walker permitting the logo repaint. The third owner has only driven the Ambulance in parades and it retains its outstanding condition as a true piece of the distiller's history.
