In 2003 Ford increased the horsepower to 280hp, a 3.9 Liter V8 5-speed transmission, a large checkerboard grill and long tapered lines, embossed leather seats comfortable cozy, a simple designed dash, 180 watt 8 speaker audio system. Ford created a stir of excitement when they revived the Thunderbird roadster as modeled around the original 2 seater of 1955-57.
