Engineered as the pinnacle of American muscle, the 2020 GT500 can rip through the quarter-mile in 10.6 seconds, hit 60 mph in 3.3 seconds and reach a limited top speed of 180 mph. Power comes from a 5.2-liter V8 known as the 'Predator.' Hand-assembled at Ford's Romeo, MI, Engine Plant, the supercharged aluminum-alloy engine delivers 760hp at 7,300 rpm and 625 ft/lbs of torque at 5,000 rpm. The 2.65-liter supercharger produces 12 psi at maximum boost. The 760 horses are put to the road by a jointly developed Ford and TREMEC 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox that can switch gears in less than 100 milliseconds.

Handling is handled by Ford's next-generation MagneRide suspension, and stopping power is provided by 16.5-inch-diameter front brake rotors clamped on by 6-piston calipers and 14.5-inch rotors with 4-piston calipers in the rear. This Race Red-colored Shelby has only 20 original miles from new; Window Sticker and dealer delivery stickers remain intact. Highly optioned with RECARO seats, carbon-fiber dashboard, side stripes, Tech Package, Handling Package and a painted black roof. The original, unused factory car cover is included.
