The 2011 Mustang Convertible GT was named the Official Pace Car of the Kentucky Speedway in summer 2011. The Ford Mustang Official Pace Car is sold equipped with GT PKG6, Comfort group, HID/Security Access, 64V wheel, and rapid spec 401A. This limited offer also comes with custom graphics and official plate installed. Only 46 vehicles were customized for sale for this event. Upon purchase of this limited offer, your vehicle comes with graphics and custom plate installed. The plate is installed on the console and references the unit number of the 46 total available. This vehicle is the first unit of 46, and has plate #1.
All custom graphics and plates were designed and installed by Paul Miller's digital printing and design studio, Beasley Digital Printing. At the Inaugural Quaker State 400 NASCAR Spring Cup series Race, held at the Kentucky Speedway on July 9, 2011, all 46 Ford Mustang Official Pace Cars drove in the parade lap during the driver introductions. This #1 Pace Car drove the entire race. Less than 500 actual miles.
