Presented in 1964, the Mustang was an immediate success and was quickly used in competition. In Europe, it distinguished itself on the track at the 24 Hours of Le Mans as well as in rallying at the Monte Carlo or the Tour de France Auto. Breaker and a fire extinguisher. It has participated in many historic events including the Tour Auto in 2014, 2015 and 2016, and the Ollon Villars hill climb in 2017. It should be noted that its HTP now needs to be renewed.

Maintained by the specialist Burgol Racing in Geneva, its engine has recently been overhauled and prepared, and it has been driven very little since then, this beautiful Mustang is looking for a new driver to taste the joys of competition again! Our Mustang 289 is presented today in its original condition, its bodywork was repainted a few years ago and it bears the marks of its use in competition. Its black hood, its long spans or its colored stripes give it a superb look.

Its entirely original interior is also in its original condition, only the safety elements necessary for its use in competitions have been added| it therefore has a 6-point roll bar, a pair of bucket seats and OMP harnesses or even a circuit.
