This 1963 Ford Galaxie 500 sports hardtop is a true factory R-code car. It is powered by a factory-original date-code-correct 427ci V8 engine, along with a dual 4-barrel carburetor. The car is commonly referred to as a 1963-1/2, due to the mid-year inclusion of the engine. The engine, the highest horsepower engine available for the model year, is factory-rated at 425hp and 480 ft/lbs of torque.
