This Ford F-150 SVT Lightning is one of 4,000 produced in 1999. It is powered by a supercharged and intercooled Triton 5.4-liter V8 engine rated at 360hp and 440 ft/lbs of torque, mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission with a 3.55 limited-slip differential. This truck is equipped with SVT-tuned dampers and springs, with front and rear stabilizer bars and 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes providing the handling and stopping abilities. The Lightning-specific features include revised bumper covers, side skirts, side-exit exhaust, body-color tonneau cover, fog lights and the Trailer Towing Package. The 18-inch SVT 5-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with high-performance Toyo Proxes ST lll tires.
The cab features a power-adjustable 60/40 split bench seat upholstered in Medium Graphite and Ebony leather with SVT embroidered on the headrests. It is equipped with a sliding rear window, power-adjustable seat, cassette stereo, air conditioning and cruise control.
