One of the most notable products of this work is the F12’s Aero Bridge, an air channel running from the hood and down through the flanks and along the sides of the vehicle, promoting increased downforce. Active Brake Cooling ducts, which open to direct cooling air only when the brakes are hot, are closed at other times to further reduce drag.
The interior, based on the FF, features new “Frau leather” upholstery with aluminum, Alutex and carbon fiber trim. This F12’s driver-focused, yet sumptuous, beige leather interior includes Nero (black) carpets, a carbon fiber driver zone + LEDS, a central bridge and console, and even a cupholder, plus leather lower dashboard surfaces. Daytona-style power bucket seats feature Ferrari’s renowned Cavallino Rampante (prancing horse) headrest stitching. Ferrari’s signature F1-derived Manettino drive-mode control graces the F12’s steering wheel.
Other choice highlights include cruise control and power windows, locks and mirrors, plus HomeLink, a Hi-Fi sound system, SiriusXM radio connectivity, front and rear parking cameras, Ferrari’s AFS headlight system and the welcome suspension lifter.
