•Original Red Exterior with Original Black Leather Interior Made famous by the 1980's hit TV show, MIAMI VICE, the Ferrari 512 TR (Testarossa) has movie star cachet few other automobiles have. The TR's large audacious, fluted side air intakes made it an icon of late '80's excess. We are offering for auction, in association with the Enthusiast Motor Group, a stunning recently refreshed red 1994 512 TR with a black interior. This 4.9 liter, flat 12, 422 bhp machine, first found a home in Germany and later moved on to Japan, After being driven 11, 000 miles,the TR in 2021 it was completely refurbished by the Czech firm AR CARS s.f.o. The TR was inspected from top to bottom.
The engine was removed and refreshed. Suspension and brakes updated. All the work is documented .The documentation includes photographs. Though not original to the car, the TR has a complete set of Schedoni luggage designed specifically, approved by Ferrari, for TR's. The value of the luggage is estimated to be between $15,000 and $20,000. While a Ferrari is usually a sound investment, there is a feeling in the car collector community that late 20th century Ferraris about to come into their own.
