Frame-off restoration. 323cid straight eight engine and fluid drive transmission. Recent updates done: brakes, carburetor remanufactured, new fuel tank, electrical system and water pump. Wood was restored and refinished. New interior and top color is Meadow Green with complimenting tan interior. Very nice driving car. Just received past month and items needing attention were checked as well. Beautifully restored chrome and trim. This car has a very nice look with that post war feel. The Chrysler Town and Country is perhaps the best known of all Woodys. With a limited production run and a top-of-the-line reputation, their recent addition to the CCCA's list of Full Classics has made them some the most sought after post-war convertibles. Only 4,049 were built in 1948, making them quite rare.
