This Mulholland Edition Prowler was painted Prowler Midnight Blue with a dark blue convertible cloth top and black leather interior. A light blue pinstripe was hand-painted around the upper beltline to give the two-set roadster even more of a handcrafted, customized touch. The original owner purchased this car new in Billings, MT. It has 10,716 original miles. This car has always been garaged in a climate-controlled area. The Mulholland Edition Prowler is named after Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles, the scene of countless classic movies and home to many exotic cars. This super fun car is a 3.5-liter V8 roadster with 253hp at 6,400rpm.

The Prowler is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, like that used in airplanes and boats, to resist degradation, noise and oxidation. A new joining process provides the same body stiffness as steel cars and careful design allowed for similar safety. The control arms, rocker and knuckles (both front and rear) are made using aluminum that is pressurized into a die, similar to plastic injection molding. The process is called semi-solid forming and it is stronger than traditional casting with fewer tendencies to weaken over time.

The Prowler has remote keyless entry, air conditioning, 320-watt stereo with 6-disc changer, audio and cruise controls on the steering wheels and power windows and mirrors. SOLD AS A PAIR WITH LOT 423.1
