The long, stylish front hood hides a giant 392ci V8 HEMI capable of producing 350hp matched with a TorqueFlite 3-speed automatic transmission. Its top speed of 125 mph was unmatched by any other manufacturers. This Imperial is finished in brilliant Cloud White with excellent brightwork that complements the luxurious new two-tone green metallic-sheen interior. It rides on period-correct whitewall tires. It also features the extremely unique factory dual headlight option. The styling and striking presence of the Imperial was handled by Virgil Exner. The curved door glass was not only creative, but was the first of its kind in the industry.
