The Impala was introduced by Chevrolet in 1958. By 1965, Chevrolet introduced the fourth generation of the Impala. The new design set an industry annual sales record with over one million units in the United States. For 1966, the Impala was offered in six body styles with either a six- or eight-cylinder engine. The second generation Impala was produced through the 1970 model year.

This 1966 Chevrolet Impala Convertible was restored approximately three years ago to its current presentation in turquoise with a white convertible top (comes with top boot). SS trim and emblems have been added to the exterior of the vehicle. The Impala is powered by a 327-cid, 275-hp V-8 engine which is paired to a two-speed automatic transmission. Power options on the car include a power top, steering and brakes. The interior is presented in turquoise matching the rest of the car and features a radio with a rear speaker. Located in the trunk is a spare tire and jack. Included with the Impala is documentation of the restoration, owner’s manual as well as a convertible top manual.
