Introduced in 1959 and promoted as a multipurpose workhorse, the Chevrolet El Camino pickup could also be ordered as a luxury cruiser or a performer, or both, as in the case of this rare Classic Cream-on-Black example that presents in showroom fresh condition with quality finishing and chrome. Handsomely turned out with front bumper extensions, full size wheel covers and wide Whitewalls and fender skirts, it also has a decided performance edge thanks to its 348/280 HP Tri Power engine, 4-speed manual transmission power steering and power brakes.
