$14,850 USD | Sold

This 1962 Chevrolet Corvair Monza 900 convertible is powered by a 145ci flat-6 engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. It is finished in red over red vinyl and is equipped with a white convertible top, matching boot cover, a heater/defroster, a padded dashboard, louvered decklid and brightwork consisting of bumpers with front guards, rocker-panel trim, a driver's-side mirror, a lower rear grille and a downturned exhaust tip. Steel 13-inch wheels are painted black, fitted with Monza-branded hubcaps and wrapped in Sonic Astra whitewall tires. The interior features red vinyl upholstery with a matching dash pad, door panels and carpeting.

Bright trim adorns the dashboard and door panels, and amenities include front bucket seats, a push-button Delco AM radio and black rubber floor mats. The rear-mounted air-cooled flat-6 engine is naturally aspirated and equipped with a pair of one-barrel Rochester carburetors. The pushrod-tube seals are said to have been replaced in 2020.
