This custom 1974 Chevrolet K5 Blazer is powered by a fifth-generation LT1 V8 engine rated at 455hp, paired with a 10L90 automatic transmission and an Atlas twin-stick transfer case, with power sent through Tom Woods driveshafts to rebuilt Dana 44 front and 12-bolt rear axles with 3.73 gears. The build started with a rust-free K5 that was taken down to the bare tub and chassis, with the frame powder-coated during assembly. Suspension upgrades include an Offroad Design soft-ride system, and braking is handled by Baer 6-piston disc brakes. It is equipped with a Borla stainless exhaust system. This Blazer rides on 35x12.50R17 BFGoodrich tires mounted on U.S. Mags Scottsdale wheels.
Exterior details include custom billet badging, an engineered aluminum grille and upgraded United Pacific LED lighting, along with hidden routing of wiring and climate components. The full custom leather interior features SMS inserts, Dakota Digital RTX gauges, Vintage Air climate control, Kicker audio, power windows and a billet/leather Sparc steering wheel. This SEMA-featured, award-winning build was completed by Big Sky Classics.
