BUICK CENTURY CUSTOM ESTATE WAGON, 1957

In 1957, Buick introduced the Century Caballero. With the center post removed, it was one of the nicest and sleekest looking family cars in the late 50s. There were only 2 years of the Caballero. This Caballero originated in North Dakota and was just recently restored. Running gear and drive line came from a late model Buick Roadmaster. New power disk brakes and steering were installed. The fuel injected LT1 engine and 4L60E transmission will deliver dependable power and economy. All the chrome and stainless was replated and polished. The dash is stock with new gauges and custom AM/FM/MP3 radio. The air conditioning and heat are GM electronic climate control.

Tilt wheel with cruise control, two speed windshield wipers. The Bonneville 60/40 power seats add to the comfort and great looking interior. The exterior is basically stock to maintain the original beauty of the Caballero, with the exception of 17' aluminum wheels and tires. Paint is original 1957 Buick Dupont colors, Cherokee Red and Antique Ivory.
