Known as “Shades of Blue,” this 1960 Buick Electra convertible went through a professional, no-expense-spared, frame-off restoration and custom build with 500 miles since completion. It is powered by a LT1 350ci V8 engine mated to a 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission turning a Ford 9-inch rear end. The engine features a March pulley setup, Be Cool aluminum radiator and a custom exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers. It sits on a rear RideTech four-bar rear suspension with an air-ride system, and up front is a stock suspension with ShockWaves air ride. There are custom modifications throughout.
An accentuated center belt line and custom made convertible top boot fabricated from three pieces of steel. The blue exterior paint is a base coat/clear coat House of Kolor custom blend.
