$24,200 USD | Sold

This 1939 Buick 46C convertible is powered by a 248ci Buick Dynaflash Straight-8 engine paired with a 3-speed column-shifted manual transmission. One of approximately 4,569 built, this four-passenger convertible features inward-facing rear jump seats and underwent a 10-year ground-up restoration from 1984 to 1994, during which every major component was rebuilt, restored or replaced with NOS parts. In 1998, it was sold to the previous owner, who drove it around Beverly Hills for 17 years. It includes factory options such as a Sonomatic push-button radio, deluxe heater, deluxe clock and "stream boards" - streamlined running boards designed to sit closer to the body.

Additional features include dual fender-mounted spares with metal covers, fender-mounted parking lights with turn signals, front and rear bumperettes, and a chrome exhaust turndown. The wheels are color-matched to the body and wrapped in classic whitewall radials with red pinstriping between the Buick hubcaps and stainless beauty rings. This Buick is finished in Cowl Tag-correct Sequoia Cream with a tan convertible top, boot and interior.
