One of 100 made worldwide and one of only 28 UK-delivered, right-hand drive examples. Unveiled by Aston Martin in 2015 as 'the most potent and uncompromising Vantage to date' the Vantage GT12 was significantly re-engineered from a standard V12 S. 100kg was shed through the extensive use of carbon fibre body panels, bonnet, bumpers and front wings. With production limited to just 100 examples worldwide, of which 28 were UK right-hand drive, the new model incorporated much of what had been learned from their successful GT racing programme. Power from the 6-litre V12 was increased from 550 to 592bhp and the chassis updated including a wider track and large carbon-ceramic brake discs.
The 7-speed sport-shift transmission was also updated for faster gear changes, while downforce to the rear wing, front splitter, rear diffuser and side skirts was increased by a factor of seven. Finished in China Grey with a Grey Blend Alcantara/Californian Poppy interior, this is one of only 28 UK-supplied, right-hand drive examples and had covered 10,579 miles at the time of cataloguing. The GT12 has formed part of our vendor's private Collection since 2019 and boasts a full Aston Martin service history with the most recent, a six year service, on 9th July 2024.
