I installed RIGID lights on my Dodge RAM TRX 2025 — wanted lighting both in the front and back for desert drives. The rear-facing lights were mounted on the RAM BAR.

It looked great… until I hit the road. After the install, a loud humming and whistling started. Once you go over 90 km/h, it becomes unbearable — constant and annoying.

The issue seems to be aerodynamics. The rear lights on the RAM BAR mess with airflow, and the truck literally starts to “sing.”

Strangely, the front RIGID lights I also installed don’t make any noise at all. No idea why — but they’re silent.

Bottom line: If you’re thinking of putting rear lights on the RAM BAR — I strongly advise against it. It kills driving comfort.
