When I picked up the car, the entire front — bumper, left and right fenders — was covered in engine oil. Looks like they spilled oil on the body while filling it up and didn’t even bother to clean it.

I had to take the car to a detailing company, Days, to get it properly cleaned and to replace the protective film, because the oil left stains and patterns on the surface — it was completely ruined.

If the management of this service center ever reads this — I strongly suggest you take a serious look at the quality of your team’s work. This kind of treatment of customer vehicles is unacceptable.
