Classic early 1970's US-specification luxury saloon finished in Ivory with a Caramel MB-Tex interior. Imported from the dry state of California and consequently in sound original condition. Powered by the legendary 4.5-litre M117 V8. Power steering, sunroof and windows. Recent mechanical attention. Track rod ends, steering box, dampers, brake calipers, new brake lines. New HT leads and electronic ignition system (Pertronix Ignitor) ensure easy starting. Refurbished ATS 'Mexican Hat' Wheels with brand new Falken ZE914s. (original wheels included) The car has proven totally reliable this summer including an extended trip to the South of France. Recently serviced and MOT'd. Only for sale due to an impending house purchase. Here for sale is a great example of a Mercedes 280SE 4.5, finished in Light Ivory, with a Caramel MB-Tex Interior.This car originally was shipped out to Sacremento, California being a US model where it lived out there until very recently.
